Description

Cassava Flour is a versatile root-based flour naturally rich in fibre, resistant starch, and essential minerals like calcium and potassium. Known for supporting digestion and sustained energy, it’s a nutrient-dense alternative to traditional flours that adds both function and flavour to everyday cooking.

Perfect for baking breads, cakes, biscuits, or thickening sauces and soups, cassava flour has a mild, neutral taste that works beautifully in both sweet and savoury recipes. Practical and nourishing, it’s a smart staple for health-conscious kitchens.

Every purchase supports a third-generation Australian family business. Each order is packed fresh by hand when your order comes in — never pre-packed, always hand-packed with love, with you in mind.

Love your Cassava flour, makes very fluffy and delicious banana bread, carrot cake, muffins. Is hard to get in Melbourne and so reasonably priced.

Easiest to use

For a gluten free flour I don’t think there’s a better one.
There’s no nasty taste and love the pancakes

Incredible replacement for wheat flour

After going grain free for health reasons and reading the many recipes and recommendations all over the internet about cassava flour, I'd tried a couple of brands and was left with flat, gummy disappointments.

Until trying nuts about life cassava flour. So far we've made beautiful tortillas and lovely banana bread. Both completely grain free. You honestly wouldn't know the difference between this and gluten and grain based flours. It's light and fine and easy to work with. I couldn't recommend it more. The packing and postage were also A+. Thank you.

Tortillas or Pastry for Pies

I make little tortillas most days as a gluten free option. I make pastry for party pies by mixing cassava flour with plain gluten free flour to hold it together better. I find the texture of the cassava flour very smooth to work with. Would highly recommend.
